Phenom has officially teamed with West Virginia’s Apprentices in Motion (AIM) program and Blueridge Community College.
November 23, 2020, Martinsburg, WV – Phenom, LLC will participate in the Apprenticeships in Motion (AIM) Program for West Virginia. This partnership will offer paid internships through their Learn & Earn Initiative for their Information Technology (IT) degree-seeking students. The AIM Program is a wonderful opportunity for Phenom, LLC to make a positive impact within the community.
The objectives of the AIM program under the Community and Technical College System Of West Virginia are to train apprentices to be skilled in the Information Technology occupation and help them connect with employers, leading them to be successful in the real world. Under the guidance of Phenom, LLC students will receive hands-on training in meeting a standard of excellence within the field.
This partnership will serve as a catalyst for the careers of individuals who participate in the internship, not only will it provide access to jobs upon completion of their degree program, but it will also aid in establishing connections with future employers.
