Phenom, LLC Awarded a 2 year Blanket Purchase Agreement With the US Army Corps of Engineers

For the better part of the past 200 years, the USCAE have had a vast history in the Unites States. Their footprints can be found in historical events such as The Battle of Yorktown, The Revolutionary War, and The War of 1812. With this prestigious trace of accounts, it is with great honor on the behalf of Phenom, LLC to provide Construction Scheduling and Cost Engineering to the Afghanistan district. This award was exclusive towards woman-owned small businesses. With this additional criteria, the parallels were perfectly aligned for Phenom, LLC and the USCAE. Through these efforts, we only hope to contribute to USCAE’s Campaign Plan.
These are historic times in our Nation and in the world, and the Corps will play a pivotal role in helping shape America’s future.

Founded in 2019 Phenom is a Management and Labor Consulting company whose team of certified professionals ensures cost savings and risk mitigation to our customers. We only work with experienced Subject Matter Experts who bring to every contract, project proven, and time-saving systems based on industry best practices. All our professionals hold Industry Certifications and are required to attend Continued Education Courses throughout the year to keep their professional certifications in good standing. Our pool of professionals and consultants includes Human Resources staff, certified through Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As well as, Project Managers, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through Project Management Institute (PMI), Phenol, LLC staff also includes risk management experts, administrative staff, certified through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
